Learn English and Yoga



The English and Yoga programme is a two week course which includes the Spoken English course, a course on Yoga for Beginners and visits to the famous Lotus temple of meditation.

The course will teach you techniques to develop strength, flexibility, concentration, good breathing habits and will also help you relax!

What you’ll learn during the Yoga classes:

Yoga Postures (asanas)
⇒ Breathing Exercises (Pranayam)
⇒ Relaxation exercises
⇒ Introduction to proper diet
⇒ Introduction to positive thinking and meditation


Price includes:

 Two weeks of English Intensive course
 Beginner level yoga lessons – 8 classes of 90 minutes each
 Two visits to the Lotus temple
 Travel arrangement to Yoga centre and Lotus temple
 Yoga training manual
